PSP FAQs

Ten questions PSPs ask us

Straight answers on white labelling, integration, risk monitoring and revenue.

Can we offer SIMPLIChargeback under our own brand?

Yes. White labelling lets you present the dispute platform as your own, so you extend your portfolio without building in house capability. We agree the branding and the customer experience with you during onboarding.

How can we earn revenue from dispute management?

You can package dispute management as a value added service with subscription, per case or success based pricing. Our own model combines a platform subscription, a per dispute fee and an optional capped success fee, and partner terms are tailored to your proposition.

How do we integrate, and what does it connect to?

The platform wraps around existing infrastructure through secure APIs and file connectors, with a canonical dispute model on top. Connectors cover payment gateways, ecommerce marketplaces such as Shopify and CRM and order systems. Our target is 2 to 3 days to integrate, depending on your data, and we confirm it in the pilot.

Does it work across processors, or only ours?

It is built as a neutral control plane for multiple PSPs and acquirers. That matters when your merchants use more than one provider, because they get one view of every dispute rather than one dashboard per processor.

How does it help us monitor merchant risk and Visa's VAMP?

You can track merchant dispute trends and monitoring thresholds in one place, and act early with your acquiring partners. VAMP combines fraud reports and disputes into a single monthly ratio, and in most regions the merchant excessive threshold tightened to 1.5% from April 2026. Thresholds vary by region and programme, so confirm current limits with your acquirer.

How does it reduce the load on our support team?

Intake, evidence retrieval, classification and drafting are automated for low risk claims, so analysts spend their time on high value or ambiguous cases. Merchants can see case status and evidence themselves, which cuts repeat status queries.

What controls do we have over the AI?

Every draft cites its sources, agents are permissioned to read only what you allow, and confidence, value and policy thresholds decide what needs human approval. Each input, source, model version and approval is recorded in an audit ledger, so you can explain any decision to a merchant or an auditor.

How is cardholder data handled?

Card numbers are obfuscated, so agents work with masked PANs rather than full account numbers. The platform is model agnostic, so you can use a language model your security team has approved, and a security, governance and compliance evidence pack is on our roadmap.

Which card schemes and dispute types are covered?

The core product classifies Visa and Mastercard reason codes and keeps a versioned scheme rule library and deadline engine, so responses follow the right rules and the right dates. Travel and ecommerce evidence are supported through dedicated connectors.

How do we get started?

We start with a paid diagnostic and pilot on historical disputes, agree baseline metrics and KPIs such as cost per case, evidence completeness and on time submission, then plan the rollout and commercial model with you.
